Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content: Assist with managing social media accounts for Lane Office and FalkbuiltNY.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Monitor and engage with comments, mentions, partners, and relevant industry content.
• Assist with maintaining social media and content calendars.
• Support the development and editing of social media copy, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing content.
• Repurpose existing content across different marketing channels.
• Help research content ideas, industry topics, products, projects, and trends.
• Graphic Design & Creative Support: Create basic social graphics, event collateral, branded documents, and other marketing materials.
• Assist with formatting presentations, case studies, company overview decks, and RFP materials.
• Resize and prepare creative assets for social media, web, email, and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and print marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology, content management systems, design software, and Microsoft 365.

Preferred

• Strong portfolio or examples of social media, graphic design, content, photography, video or other relevant marketing work (preferred).
