Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for both Escape Brewing Company and The Collective.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, photos, videos, and promotional content.
• Develop and execute a weekly social media content calendar.
• Promote craft beer releases, cocktails, food hall vendors, live music, and special events.
• Capture content on-site featuring customers, employees, food, drinks, and events.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer engagement.
• Marketing & Promotions
• Design promotional graphics using Canva or similar software.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and Stories.
• Experience creating and editing short-form videos.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design platforms.
• Strong photography, writing, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Creative, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers and staff.
• Experience in restaurants, breweries, bars, or hospitality marketing is preferred.
• Schedule flexibility is required for major events, festivals, and occasional weekend coverage.
