Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with independent insurance agencies in a 5 state territory
• Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and AFIC
• Conduct regular agency visits, trainings, and product presentations
• Identify and appoint new agency Partners aligned with company strategy
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights to leadership
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and other internal teams to support agency needs
• Stay informed on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish
• Must-have: Experience in Auto insurance sales, underwriting, claims, or marketing
• Must-have: Excellent writing, communication and presentation abilities
• Must-have: Ability to do overnight travel (~15%) to meet with existing and prospective agents
• Must-have: Have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and high quality of work
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Quantitative skills a plus
• Proficiency with technology, primarily Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
