Responsibilities

• Help develop and manage our overall content calendar
• Film content in our clinics and with the company owner/team
• Edit long-form YouTube videos
• Turn long-form videos into TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content
• Write captions, titles, descriptions, and calls to action
• Help grow our YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Track content performance and identify what is working
• Market our existing educational products and social stories
• Help grow sales through Amazon/KDP, Teachers Pay Teachers, and our online shop
• Improve product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails, and promotions

Requirements

• Is creative but also highly organized
• Likes taking ownership of projects
• Can take an idea and turn it into a finished product
• Is comfortable filming and editing video
• Writes well and understands how to communicate with different audiences
• Understands social media and digital marketing
• Is willing to learn new software and platforms
• Doesn't need someone constantly telling you what to do next
• Enjoys testing ideas and seeing what actually produces results
• Can manage several different projects without losing track of deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe products, social media platforms, YouTube, email marketing, Amazon/KDP, Teachers Pay Tutors, SEO, recruiting, or digital marketing is a plus.
