Responsibilities

• Coordinates with DEM all aspects of the recruiting department and assist where necessary in safety.
• Locate potential professional drivers who meet DOT and company standards.
• Pre-screen potential applicants.
• Inform applicants about our company, operations, and benefits.
• Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and referrals to generate leads.
• Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy with DEM.
• Maintain shared communication recruiting board allowing all team members to take calls and assist with working potential or inbound professionals.
• Prepare and update monthly recruitment materials and post jobs weekly and monthly to appropriate job boards, newspapers, FB, and any other media we determine to best fit CEI needs to hire professional drivers.
• Source, maintain, answer and recruit candidates by using many forms of databases, social media, etc.
• Screen/review candidates for experience, safety information, and DOT/company standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of driver recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience in social media platforms to include ad placements, posts, and lead follow-up.
• Must have experience using AI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of CDL driver qualifications and trucking regulations
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be thorough and have great organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Highly detail oriented.

• Experience in Tenstreet preferred.
• Experienced in McLeod preferred.
