Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote founding role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. You will own marketing and communications execution across product, investor, community, and brand narratives.
• Key responsibilities include building and executing GTM and communications strategies, conducting market research, shaping external messaging, supporting sales and partnership efforts, and representing NoxSoft publicly across channels.
• You will work cross-functionally with product and leadership to drive trust, visibility, and growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong customer-facing communication and brand representation ability
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy development
• Experience with growth, sales support, or customer acquisition initiatives
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building from zero-to-one

Preferred

• Knowledge of AI, developer tooling, or economic infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (not required with strong practical experience)
