Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
Three to five years of marketing experience.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Experience with CRM software.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Graphic design experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management abilities.

Preferred

Healthcare marketing experience.
Human services or nonprofit marketing experience.
Experience marketing Medicaid waiver or behavioral health services.
Experience developing sales funnels and marketing automation.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
