Job Summary

Support a PR internship role focused on content creation and media materials with a part-time schedule and AP Style requirements.

Develop and draft blog posts and social content
Prior internship in PR agency or news/publication
In-person, paid internship with exposure to press releases and media alerts

Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing strategic blog posts for clients
Creating content for social media
Writing press releases and media alerts
Handling general day-to-day tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

At least one previous internship with a PR agency or news/lifestyle publication
At least a junior and preferably a senior or recent grad
Working knowledge of AP Style writing
Available to work three days or 15-20 hours per week

Preferred

Journalism, Public Relations, Business Communication, or Marketing majors preferred
