Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals , including RFP/RFQ responses
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling marketing materials , presentations, and qualifications packages
• Translate acoustic, noise, and vibration consulting concepts into client-ready narratives
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to communicate design intent and performance criteria
• Support business development initiatives through targeted messaging and proposal strategies
• Contribute to architectural design efforts , including concept development and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain consistency with Veneklasen Associates’ branding, technical rigor, and quality standards
• Manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under time constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, marketing, and business development support
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, and project delivery processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, persuasive, and structured content
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office

Preferred

• Experience working in consulting or multidisciplinary design environments
• Strong graphic and layout skills for high-quality, presentation-ready deliverables
