Job Summary
Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, shaping timely, compliant submissions while elevating content quality and brand consistency for BD messaging.
- Proposal Process Ownership: drive schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and timely submittals.
- Content & Brand Stewardship: edit for clarity and tone, apply branding, and coordinate resumes and project data.
- Compliance & Logistics: ensure RFP/RFQ adherence, manage final production, and track win metrics to inform future bids.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manages the proposal process from receipt to submittal
- Develops proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Edits and refines content for clarity, consistency, and tone
- Ensures compliance with RFP/RFQ instructions
- Applies JR branding, graphics, and formatting
- Coordinates resumes, project sheets, and firm information
- Manages final production and submission (PDFs, portals, hard copies)
- Advises Business Development and Client Managers on proposal structure and messaging
- Maintains and updates proposal templates and marketing materials
- Tracks proposal metrics (submittals, wins, hit rates)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe InDesign
Preferred:
- Adobe Photoshop (optional)
- Adobe Illustrator (optional)
- AI tools for graphics such as ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly
