Own the proposal lifecycle from intake to submittal, coordinating structure, branding, and messaging to drive compliant, on-time bids.

Coordinate content, branding, and formatting to deliver compliant proposals on time.
Advise BD and Client Managers on messaging, structure, resumes, and firm data.
Track submittal metrics and learnings to improve hit rates.

Job Description

Manages the proposal process from receipt to submittal Develops proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices Edits and refines content for clarity, consistency, and tone Ensures compliance with RFP/RFQ instructions Applies JR branding, graphics, and formatting Coordinates resumes, project sheets, and firm information Manages final production and submission (PDFs, portals, hard copies) Advises Business Development and Client Managers on proposal structure and messaging Maintains and updates proposal templates and marketing materials Tracks proposal metrics (submittals, wins, hit rates)
