Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective customers to promote current campaigns, products, and services
• Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
• Represent client brands through promotional marketing activities and events
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and customer relationship support
• Generate leads and assist with customer outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to support campaign objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, athletics, or related fields is a plus, but not required
