Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and community outreach programs.
• Engage with customers, attendees, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions and communicate campaign information clearly.
• Represent brands, nonprofit partners, products, and campaigns professionally.
• Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and on-site activities.
• Help create positive and engaging experiences for event attendees.
• Learn and apply marketing fundamentals including customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign messaging.
• Collaborate with team members to meet event and campaign goals.
• Gather customer and attendee feedback when applicable.
• Share observations and ideas that may help improve event performance and customer engagement.
