Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Represent client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
• Create positive customer experiences that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and special offers.
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, marketing materials, and campaign execution.
• Gather customer feedback and marketing insights to support campaign improvements.
• Work with team members to achieve marketing goals and deliver successful promotions.
• Participate in paid training focused on marketing strategies, communication, leadership, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or promotions is helpful but not required.
• Full-time availability.
