Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through professional, engaging customer interactions.
• Support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand awareness programs.
• Communicate with customers and event attendees about products, services, and promotional offers.
• Create positive customer experiences through effective communication and relationship building.
• Assist with promotional events, brand activations, displays, and marketing campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and strengthen client relationships.
• Support marketing teams in achieving campaign goals and customer engagement objectives.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain an energetic, professional presence while representing brands.
• Participate in paid training focused on marketing strategies, communication, customer engagement, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree is a plus but not required.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.
• Ability to professionally represent brands and communicate with customers.
