Job Description

Responsibilities

Support in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
Interact with customers in a professional and approachable manner
Share product, service, and promotional information accurately
Assist with daily setup and execution of promotional activities
Help create a positive customer experience
Respond to basic customer questions and route inquiries as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

Interest in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a retail, customer-facing environment
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
