Responsibilities

• INSIDE AND OUTSIDE SALES: OFFICE MARKETING ASSISTANT
• ORGANIZE AND ENTER BUSINESS CARDS/CONTACTS INTO COMPUTER: MUST KNOW DATA ENTRY
• FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS - TELEMARKETING FOR BUSINESS
• ASSIST SCHEDULING INSERVICES/LUNCHES/IN PERSON MEETING AND/OR ZOOM MEETINGS TO PROMOTE BUSINESS
• MUST BE WILLING TO GO IN FIELD AND ASSIST AT EXHIBIT BOOTHS
• MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE OUTSIDE SALES
• STOP IN TO FOLLOW UP ON EXISITING ACCOUNTS AFTER INSERVICES
• IN PERSON VISITS - MD OFFICES, HOSPITALS, ASSISTED LIVING, SNFS
• HEAVY MARKETING & SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION - FOLLOW UP WITH BOOKKEEPER
• MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE TO ALL COUNTIES - Marios county & Jonhson County All indy metro.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred

• Prefer RN/LVN license with some health care knowledge or individual who is familiar with home health care such as social worker, and care coordinator
• Knowledge of Home care or home Health Care a plus.
