Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage project plans, timelines, workflows, budgets, and task assignments across teams
• Collaborate closely with creative, web, digital, events, and sales teams for timely campaign delivery
• Ensure all marketing outputs meet brand, regulatory, and quality standards
• Assist in compiling campaign performance metrics and post-campaign reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, project management, or related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of project management or marketing operations experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with marketing tools such as CMS, CRM, and project management platforms
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in an agency setting, internal or external
• Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing workflows
• PMP, CPM, or equivalent project management certification
• Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics
• Experience with marketing AI functionality and cross-functional creative processes
