Job Summary

Own the orchestration of Target’s in-store events by simplifying intake, documentation, and vendor contracts while keeping all project records tidy and accessible.

  • Responsibilities: standardize workflows, coordinate assets and scopes, and ensure compliant, on-time activation across events.
  • Operations: maintain file hygiene and systems to enable efficient delivery and consistent project execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support executional excellence across Target’s growing in-store events portfolio.
  • Manage standardized processes including intake coordination, creative asset gathering and distribution, drafting and routing Scopes of Work (SOWs) and vendor Activation Agreements, maintaining store lists and field communication details and overseeing legal, compliance and other project records.
  • Help drive consistency and organization across event projects through effective file management, documentation standards and system upkeep.
  • Assist Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers by executing established, repeatable processes that enable efficient delivery across the in-store events program.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and follow established processes
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time

Preferred

  • Experience working in a retail environment and/or with legal or compliance documentation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communications, Art, Design, Journalism or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
