Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for TWG and its real estate listings, including property memorandums, presentations, email campaigns, digital content, social media, newsletters, direct mail, and other branded materials.
• Coordinate the marketing launch of new property listings, including property information, photography, mapping, graphic design, marketing collateral, listing platforms, and distribution.
• Manage multiple marketing and special projects, establishing tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Maintain and improve TWG's marketing templates, branded materials, digital platforms, databases, and company resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows through technology, AI-enabled tools, templates, and standardized processes.
• Assist with market and property research, business development initiatives, data gathering, presentations, and analytical projects.
• Support the Managing Partner with selected business priorities, follow-ups, communications, deadlines, and special projects.
• Assist TWG agents with approved marketing resources, campaigns, company systems, and the administrative launch of new listings.
• Support client outreach, industry events, prospect research, business-development campaigns, and sales-pipeline activities.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, vendors, and outside professionals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments with limited supervision.
• Creative and interested in marketing, branding, communication, and professional presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communicators who are comfortable interacting with clients and professionals.
• Technologically capable and interested in using AI, automation, and emerging business tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe products, social media, email marketing, CRM/project-management systems, website content management, or similar platforms.
• Experienced in marketing, project coordination, executive support, business operations, professional services, real estate, or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, real estate, finance, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required with appropriate experience.

Preferred

• Familiar with real estate or agriculture is beneficial but not required.
