- Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end campaign planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination - Build and maintain CRM reporting, ROI dashboards, and performance tracking - Support prioritization and delegation for the creative team to eliminate bottlenecks - Clear daily blockers and route requests between retail, creative, digital, and sales ops - Provide weekly analytics summaries and insights to leadership - Help implement and maintain project workflows (New products, marketing assets/campaigns) - Requirements - 2+ years experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or analytics - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, data visualization, and basic CRM tools - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cannabis/CPG environment - Detail-oriented with a “get it done” mindset - Must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10 - Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 - Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10 - Valid Arizona State-Issued ID - Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits - Health Savings Account (HSA) - Life and Disability Insurance - Paid Time Off
