Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking across seasonal launches
  • Maintain production calendars, timelines, task lists, and status updates for marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, PR, and Sales teams
  • Maintain brand data, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across teams
  • Support end-to-end timelines for catalogs, lookbooks, in-studio photoshoots, tradeshow materials, and related marketing assets
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Production, Marketing, Creative, Visuals, PR, and Sales teams
  • Attend photoshoots on-site to support areas where needed
  • Communicate project updates, deadlines, and requests between internal teams and external partners as directed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing team as needed
  • Assist with the development and production of seasonal catalogs, lookbooks, and printed marketing materials

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of project or production management experience in marketing team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
