Job Summary
Own on-site production execution by assisting content shoots, coordinating equipment, and capturing media for client shoots in Charlotte.
- Content capture: photograph and video according to shot lists and plans.
- Production readiness: equipment setup, on-site organization, and schedule adherence.
- On-site representation: professional presence at Momentum client sites and internal meetings as needed.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist during content shoots
- Support equipment setup and shoot preparation
- Capture photo and video content according to shoot plans
- Help keep the shoot organized and on schedule
- Represent Momentum professionally on-site
- Attend weekly internal team meetings when needed
- Attend monthly client strategy meetings when needed
Requirements
- Some experience with videography, content creation, or social media content
- Comfortable using cameras and basic production equipment
- Reliable transportation in the Charlotte area
- Strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
