Job Summary
Support and learn on-site content production by assisting shoots, coordinating prep, capturing photo/video per plan, and representing Momentum professionally in client environments.
- Content shoots: Assist planning, preparation, and shooting per plan.
- On-site operations: Keep schedules, equipment, and teams organized to ensure smooth delivery.
- Client collaboration: Participate in on-site strategy discussions and maintain professional presence.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist during content shoots
- Support equipment setup and shoot preparation
- Capture photo and video content according to shoot plans
- Help keep the shoot organized and on schedule
- Represent Momentum professionally on-site
- Attend weekly internal team meetings when needed
- Attend monthly client strategy meetings when needed
Requirements
- Some experience with videography, content creation, or social media content
- Comfortable using cameras and basic production equipment
- Reliable transportation in the Charlotte area
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
