Responsibilities

The Marketing Pre-qualification Assistant is an entry-level role providing general administrative and project support to marketing team members as assigned by their supervisor. The Marketing Prequalification Assistant works under supervision when completing projects and communicates to
their supervisor when overloaded or does not have enough workload. Present a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Value.

Responsibilities

• Prepares pre-qualification statements for current and prospective clients
• Coordinates internal timelines for pre-qualification's and registration renewals
• Tracks and completes vendor registrations and pre-qualification statuses, renewals, and expiration dates
• Provide feedback on process improvements to standardize and increase efficiency of submissions
• Maintains relationships with cross-functional departments
• Participates in annual survey submissions
• May assist with Title VI and overhead audit submissions as it relates to submitting annual plans to DOTs
• Participates in professional development activities (i.e., Continuing education, seminars, classes, professional organizations)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or marketing experience required
  • Familiarity with the construction/engineering industries desired
• High school diploma required
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid drivers license is required
• Good communication and organizational skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates self-initiative; fosters a positive and responsive team environment and can quickly adjust to dynamic schedules
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of and across the entire company to support the business mission
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and internet applications

The expected pay for this role and location is $26.44/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
