Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives targeting both referring doctors and patients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and their teams through consistent outreach and engagement
• Manage referring doctor database, tracking systems, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
• Oversee the practice’s online presence, including social media, website content, online reviews, and SEO performance
• Create and maintain branded marketing materials and promotional resources
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from concept through completion
• Assist with marketing budget planning, tracking, and implementation
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute ideas that support practice growth and improvement
• Support practice-wide initiatives including customer service improvements, expansion efforts, and process development
• Facilitate promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field (required)
• Equivalent experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare/dental office administration with a focus on relationships and communication will also be considered
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between office locations as needed (required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new digital platforms (required)
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (required)
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance (required)
