Job Summary

Own marketing performance analytics end to end, turning funnel data into actionable guidance for growth across campaigns, channels, and sales outcomes.

  • Growth analytics: own dashboards across engagement, leads, MQL, SQL, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Measurement and insights: standardize KPIs, expose bottlenecks, and translate data into recommendations for marketing and inside sales.
  • Incrementality and modeling: apply MMM and MTA to inform media and channel spend and surface data quality issues.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Marketing Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Design, build, and evolve dashboards and reporting across all funnel stages (engagement, leads, MQL, SQL, opportunities, revenue)
  • Define and standardize KPIs, funnel definitions, and performance views across teams
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to support day-to-day and strategic decision-making
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing performance analytics
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, and leakage points
  • Evaluate demand generation performance using key metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per MQL, ROI)
  • Identify performance drivers across campaigns, channels, and segments
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance across Marketing and Inside Sales
  • Apply and interpret advanced measurement approaches, including media mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA)

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and complex funnel data.
  • Proven ability to develop and own performance reporting in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Expertise in translating data and analysis into actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and collaborates effectively across teams.
  • English proficiency is required to support the full North American business.
