Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a complete sales funnel to generate leads for the gym
  • Run and fund your own ad campaigns (Meta, etc.) to drive traffic into the funnel
  • Set appointments for consultations using your GHL system
  • Own the "front end" of marketing and lead generation, start to finish

Requirements

  • Your own GoHighLevel (GHL) account and sales funnel system
  • Your own ad spend account (Meta/Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Proven experience building and running lead-gen funnels for local businesses (gym/fitness experience a plus)
  • Ability to set qualified appointments/consultations directly on our calendar

Preferred

  • Self-motivated marketer/agency owner comfortable working on a performance basis
  • Experienced with fitness, wellness, or local service business marketing
  • Confident running their own ad budget and funnel infrastructure
  • Interested in a longer-term partnership, not just a one-off gig
