Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
Expert knowledge of HubSpot, including automation, sales tools, integrations, and reporting.
Experience managing CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and data governance initiatives.
Proven success leading teams and collaborating across departments.
Strong analytical, project management, and process improvement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
HubSpot Academy Certifications and/or Google Analytics Certification.
Experience with Monday.com, Introhive, PostHog Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apollo.io, WordPress, Typeform, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and related platforms.
Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to lead change and drive operational improvements.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive business growth.
