Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own social media strategy, content planning, filming, editing, and posting
  • Create short-form and long-form video content for Instagram & YouTube
  • Capture photography and video that’s ready to post
  • Keep the website updated and current
  • Design and execute print marketing (from design to mailing)
  • Stay current on real estate market news, social media trends, and consumer behavior
  • Manage digital ads and marketing campaigns
  • Grow brand recognition in the local community
  • Assist with planning and executing client events
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordination, follow-ups

Requirements

  • College degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (in real estate strongly preferred)
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Have a strong creative eye and understand how branding works
  • Are comfortable managing social media accounts for a brand
  • Know your way around Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva
  • Have photo/video shooting and editing experience
  • Adapt quickly and enjoy a fast-moving environment
  • Are positive, resourceful, and not afraid to figure things out
  • Have real estate experience (a plus, not required)
  • A true team player willing to jump in wherever needed

Preferred

  • Real estate experience is a plus
