Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot), including configuration, workflows, automation logic, and governance.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure seamless HubSpot–Salesforce integration and marketing tech stack alignment.
  • Lead a HubSpot audit and rebuild, establishing naming conventions and a sustainable operating model.
  • Evaluate, implement, and own operation of new marketing technologies.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to boost personalization and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop scalable campaign execution systems and SOPs for email, nurture sequences, webinars, and paid campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign performance tracking with standard UTMs, attribution, and CRM mapping.
  • Build, QA, and launch routine campaign workflows or develop automations.
  • Create dynamic audience segmentation for persona- and school-specific messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in marketing operations, with significant time in B2B SaaS.
  • Built or rebuilt a marketing ops function before.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and funnel analytics.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools in a marketing/ops context.
  • Technical fluency (integrations, data modeling, APIs, workflow automation).
  • Strong understanding of CRM reporting and data architecture.
  • Proficiency with enrichment and data tools.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational infrastructure.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills; comfortable educating stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience building or rebuilding a marketing ops function.
  • Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ABM initiatives.
