Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing logistics and inventory for events and campaigns, focusing on stock control, asset accessibility, and vendor coordination to keep activations moving and measured.

  • Operations & Logistics: Own inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and audits across offices, storage, and events.
  • Fulfillment & Shipping: Manage packing, shipments to partners/events, and on-site pack-outs for activations.
  • Vendor & Process Execution: Coordinate invoices, purchasing, and vendor data, plus documentation of processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Maintain and organize marketing inventory across office, storage, and event locations - Track product inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs - Manage product organization, storage systems, and inventory audits - Ensure marketing assets and products are accessible and accurately accounted for - Coordinate product shipments for partners, events, and internal stakeholders - Manage event pack-outs and fulfillment needs for activations and experiences - Track outgoing shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues - Coordinate logistics with internal teams, vendors, and fulfillment partners - Process and track invoices across marketing vendors and partners - Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices Requirements - 1–3 years of operations, logistics, marketing, or administrative experience - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - Strong communication and follow-through - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management - Experience with inventory management, shipping logistics, or procurement processes is a plus. - Creative, innovative, and positive personality that is always thinking outside of the box - Experience with community management, customer service and social engagement is a plus - Pulse on all things Gen-Z and is well-versed on the latest trends and platforms - Entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitudes Nice-to-Have - Experience with community management, customer service and social engagement Benefits - We take pride in offering best-in-class benefits, with medical monthly premiums covered by the Company at 100%, employee certification in mental health first aid at work, regular wellness activities, a quarterly makeup stipend, and much more! - Makeup made to feel good in, without hiding what makes you unique.
