Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Workfront project setup and maintenance: Build projects from approved requests, create tasks and timelines, assign owners, set due dates, and keep project details current as work evolves.
  • Intake coordination: Collect required inputs (briefs, assets, audiences, links, approvals), validate completeness, and ensure requests are routed to the correct team or queue.
  • Timeline and deadline support: Monitor progress against schedules, follow up on overdue tasks, and help reduce deadline extensions by escalating risks early and coordinating adjustments within guidelines.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Partner with managers and specialists to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and confirm readiness for launch steps (reviews, QA, approvals, deployment).
  • Status reporting: Produce basic project status updates and initial reporting (due date tracking, workload queues, completion metrics) for review by experienced team members.
  • Process support: Apply existing workflows and templates, recommend small improvements, and help document “how we work” steps that improve consistency and reduce rework.
  • Operational accuracy: Maintain clean data in Workfront (names, fields, templates, tagging), supporting reliable reporting and smoother handoffs across teams.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience supporting marketing, project coordination, operations, or similar work.
  • Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic understanding of marketing project work (creative, email, web, digital campaigns, event marketing, content).
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools, including task tracking, dependencies, timelines, and status reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a project management platform and maintaining accurate project records.

Preferred

  • Experience using Adobe Workfront (or similar enterprise project management tools).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Prior experience in marketing operations, workflow coordination, or a PMO-like environment.
