Job Description

Responsibilities

Establish and manage weekly/monthly operating cadences, QBRs, and mission reviews.
Drive marketing intake, prioritization, and planning.
Track initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate people, timelines, resources, and cross-functional deliverables.
Build reporting and dashboards to provide leadership visibility.
Improve governance, communication, and ways of working.
Connect teams and eliminate silos, duplication, and communication gaps.
Support marketing storytelling using business, customer, pricing, and performance insights.

Requirements

2–4+ years in marketing, marketing operations, program/project management, or business operations.
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing degree preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, reporting, and data.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
Ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders.
Strong storytelling skills with a marketing and business perspective.
