Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly performance across revenue, subscriber growth, and acquisition costs
  • Identify key drivers of performance and clearly communicate the 'why'
  • Deliver insights that inform leadership decisions
  • Evaluate marketing channel performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze pricing, promotions, and customer behavior
  • Track and interpret CAC, ARPU, and conversion metrics
  • Identify areas of inefficient spend and growth opportunity
  • Work directly with Sales and Marketing leaders to support growth initiatives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Act as a strategic thought partner across teams

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years in FP&A, analytics, or related fields
  • Experience with revenue, marketing, or subscription data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (examples: marketing, finance, economics, business analytics. Data analytics)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Google Analytics is a plus

Preferred

  • Background in telecom or subscription-based business models
  • Experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing or growth analytics
  • SQL experience is a bonus
