Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects across both B2B and B2C initiatives in North America.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Build and maintain project trackers, workflows, templates, and processes to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive follow-up and resolution.
• Establish and maintain standardized marketing processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support marketing leadership with meeting preparation, project updates, action-item tracking, and follow-ups.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, PR, Digital, Channel, Community, and other marketing functions to align priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners, including advertising agencies, creative teams, production teams, event agencies, and vendors.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure clear ownership, timelines, and handoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including B2B and/or B2C marketing, marketing agencies, PR agencies, or related fields.
• Proven experience in marketing project management, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end marketing execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners, including PR agencies, advertising agencies, creative teams, production teams, event agencies, and vendors.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, events, trade shows, or customer/consumer-facing activities.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, identify risks and dependencies, proactively follow up, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
• Experience developing and maintaining project trackers, workflows, templates, reports, and other operational tools.

Preferred

• Experience working with North American markets, customers, partners, or consumers.
• Experience working in a global or international organization and collaborating with teams across different regions.
• Experience in technology, hardware, gaming, consumer electronics, semiconductor, AI, data center, cloud, or related industries.
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Experience supporting global or regional product launches, integrated campaigns, trade shows, roadshows, customer events, or brand activations.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, process design, and cross-functional workflow management.
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
