Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop an updated customer demographic profile, including segmentation by industry and buying behavior
• Analyze market trends, including styles, materials, and design preferences within the gaming and hospitality industries
• Research competitors and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation
• Gather, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources
• Identify patterns in customer behavior and purchasing trends to support sales and product strategy
• Support development of a broader market study to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to connect research findings to real-world applications
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate insights to leadership

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in market research, customer behavior, and industry trends
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw insights
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

• Interest in design, hospitality, or customer experience is preferred
• experience with research tools is a plus
