Job Summary

Own brand strategy and cross-functional execution for a rare-disease portfolio, balancing long term growth with P&L targets while coordinating across medical, regulatory, and commercial teams.

  • Brand and Growth Ownership: Lead integrated plans across HCP, patient, and hospital segments with ROI minded budgeting and lifecycle management.
  • Cross Functional Alignment: Partner with medical, regulatory, finance, and sales to ensure compliant, aligned campaigns and training to boost field effectiveness.
  • Data driven Optimization: Analyze market and performance data to inform decisions, forecast impact, and adjust tactics with urgency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Global & US Marketing to develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and long-term growth plans
  • Support P&L management, including forecasting, monitoring gross/net sales, and ensuring financial targets are achieved
  • Analyze market and performance data to inform decision-making, optimize tactics, and adjust strategy with urgency
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategy, build engagement, and enhance field effectiveness through tools and training
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans across HCP, patient, and hospital segments
  • Manage the full marketing mix, including pricing, channel strategy, lifecycle management, and product differentiation
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns, including digital and non-personal tactics, with clear performance measurement
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify insights, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee brand budget planning and monthly financial reviews, ensuring strong ROI and resource optimization
  • Drive creative campaign development, messaging strategy, and execution of promotional assets
  • Partner cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams to ensure aligned execution and compliance
  • Support KOL engagement and advocacy initiatives in collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials
  • Lead or support participation in medical conferences, trade events, and brand-building activities
  • Present brand performance updates, insights, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in specialty or rare disease markets
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities with experience in brand management or commercial roles
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in forecasting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working within U.S. pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, medical, regulatory, and finance teams
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and multichannel strategies
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically, with occasional weekend and potential international travel
