Job Summary

Own a unified digital ecosystem by steering platform strategy and technical orchestration across Sitecore, apps, DAM, and on-site displays, turning BU needs into scalable, brand-consistent digital solutions.

  • Define the platform roadmap and cross-function collaboration to deliver cohesive brand exposure.
  • Partner with BUs and agencies to ensure reliable CMS operations, UX/UIs, and timely content updates.
  • Translate data into actionable UX optimisations with GA/Sitecore insights to boost user experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-digital platforms to drive the strategic roadmap and technical orchestration of the holistic digital ecosystem, including the corporate website (Sitecore), mobile app, digital asset management system, and integrated on-site multimedia displays to ensure a unified brand exposure.
  • Serve as the go-to person in Marketing Department for website relevant troubleshooting, and enhancements. This includes resolving CMS-related problems, coordinating with vendors/agencies, and ensuring smooth website operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Serve as the "brand gatekeeper" by managing regular content updates, conducting QA/UAT for new features, and ensuring visual and tonal consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with various Business Units to understand their requirements (UI/UX) and translate business needs into effective digital platform solutions and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with external creative/technical agencies to facilitate high-quality copywriting, design assets and adaptation.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and Sitecore. Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimise user experience.
  • Project coordination and digital execution. Support project planning, tracking, and reporting for digital initiatives, utilising tools like Jira to maintain backlogs and documentation.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing process for new features and bug fixes, ensuring all digital deliverables meet quality and usability standards before launch.
  • Implement and manage GEO/AIO, including keyword research, and metadata management, to enhance corporate website search performance.
  • Operational support. Assist in the annual budget planning, and procurement processes. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
