Job Summary

Own the end to end marketing governance, including KPI definition, attribution, and data driven decision making for campaigns, channels, and revenue impact.

  • Metric ownership: establish KPIs, build dashboards, and report ROI, CAC, LTV, and promotion impact across campaigns.
  • Cross functional operations: manage the marketing project portfolio, annual calendar, and coordinate Marketing with Retail, Wholesale, Ops, Product & Exec leadership.
  • Testing and optimization: design attribution and testing programs, analyze data, and turn insights into executive level recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking revenue impact, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, retention, promotional effectiveness, website performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Develop attribution models to identify the most effective marketing channels and investments.
  • Analyze customer, sales, loyalty, and digital performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Design and execute testing strategies, including A/B testing, to improve campaign effectiveness and customer conversion.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leadership.
  • Manage the company’s marketing project portfolio and annual marketing calendar.
  • Lead retail promotions, wholesale initiatives, product launches, website enhancements, packaging updates, events, and innovation projects from planning through execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and success measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience measuring campaign performance, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Proven success managing complex marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and departmental resources.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM, loyalty, and marketing automation platforms.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in cannabis, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, wellness, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Dutchie, HubSpot, or similar customer engagement platforms.
