  • Cross functional governance: budget alignment with an agency, seasonality, and collaboration with HR and operations to improve efficiency and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition and retention, and support profitable growth across Florida.
  • You'll oversee digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, local SEO, website optimization, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization while continually improving campaign performance and maximizing return on investment.
  • You'll partner with our advertising agency to optimize budgets, reduce cost per lead, and align marketing efforts with seasonal demand, technician capacity, and business objectives.
  • You'll leverage customer insights, analytics, and marketing technology to improve the customer journey from first interaction through long-term retention.
  • This includes supporting renewal and upsell campaigns, audience segmentation, CRM and marketing automation initiatives, call tracking, reporting, and identifying opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies that improve marketing effectiveness.
  • You'll also collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting marketing initiatives as business needs arise.
  • You’ll monitor key performance indicators—including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, marketing ROI, customer lifetime value, organic traffic, and local search visibility—to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve performance.
  • You’ll assist in managing the annual marketing budget, allocate investments based on ROI, forecast campaign spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while driving sustainable growth.
  • This role requires exceptional organization and collaboration, managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, coordinating projects with internal stakeholders and external partners, establishing clear priorities, and serving as a trusted marketing resource for leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools, including Hubspot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, CallRail (or similar), Local SEO platforms, Meta Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of local and performance-based marketing
  • Ability to balance growth goals with operational realities
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and financial metrics
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

  • Experience in pest control, home services, or other route-based service industries preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness (mentioned as opportunities)
  • Familiarity with Local SEO platforms and Local Marketing in Florida
