Job Summary

Own multi-channel campaign execution and lifecycle automation, turning marketing data into measurable pipeline with a strong emphasis on operations, audience engagement, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Campaign Ownership: Manage end-to-end campaigns across email, digital, social, webinars, content, and events.
  • Operational Excellence: Build calendars, automation workflows, lead scoring, and data integrity across Salesforce, Pardot, and related tools.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements to lift engagement and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, webinar, content, and event channels.
  • Managing campaign calendars and coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining automated marketing workflows, nurture programs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage lead capture, routing, segmentation, and lifecycle process.
  • Tracking campaign performance across multiple channels and initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining marketing, campaign, and lifecycle reporting.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends.
  • Collaborating with sales, leadership, and subject matter experts on campaign development and execution.
  • Supporting webinar, conference, and event marketing activities and assisting with process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business administration, operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, marketing automation, lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, or related marketing functions.
  • Experience working within multiple technology platforms simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives within professional services, legal services, technology, staffing, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, workflow optimization, lead management processes, campaign analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and emerging marketing technologies
