Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of non-traditional marketing initiatives across channels such as retail, travel, education, healthcare, and others. Coordinate timelines, agency briefings, legal approvals, and creative delivery in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
• Support the execution and ongoing management of local marketing initiatives, including market-level tests, store-level activations, and other localized marketing efforts. Assist with program coordination, calendar management, and adherence to brand standards.
• Support Communications Strategy: Partner with Senior Marketing Manager on all franchisee-facing communications as it relates to non-trad and local marketing updates. This includes drafting copy for landing pages, presentations, and managing an inbox for local marketing requests.
• Support Measurement & Reporting: Support tracking and reporting of initiatives, compiling executional data and summaries for at-a-glance performance reviews of all programs.
• Support in Budget Management: Review project estimates and process invoices.
