Responsibilities

You’ll own campaigns end-to-end: messaging, channels, testing, and optimization. The goal is simple—turn ideas into growth and learn quickly from what works.
You’ll take ideas from concept to market and iterate based on real performance.

Requirements

4–7 years in B2B marketing
You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
