Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and direct marketing.
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Lead product launches, promotional events, and trade show activations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the fountain beverage, food & beverage distribution
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing platform including AI content creation
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
