Job Summary

Own practical marketing execution for a real estate boutique, balancing print collateral, social media, and agent enablement with hands-on content creation and tight brand discipline.

Brand-driven collateral, presentations, and materials that move agents and listings forward.
Social content creation and channel management plus agent support for graphics and ideas.
Event and onboarding support, internal comms, and marketing planning that translates to real-world agent growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design listing brochures, flyers, postcards, feature sheets, signs, and other marketing collateral
Create and update listing presentations, buyer presentations, and agent marketing materials
Maintain consistency with Savvy's brand standards across all marketing initiatives
Coordinate print production and vendor relationships
Assist with special marketing projects and company initiatives
Manage and create content for Savvy + Co.'s social media platforms
Assist agents with social media content, graphics, and marketing ideas
Write captions, newsletters, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing copy
Identify opportunities for photography, video, and storytelling content
Stay current on social media trends, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements

On-site in Charlotte, North Carolina
32-40 Hours Per Week
Experience with Adobe InDesign is strongly preferred.

Preferred

An interest in real estate is a huge plus
Experience with Adobe InDesign is strongly preferred. Experience with Photoshop, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, or website management tools is a plus. However, we're equally interested in candidates who are quick learners and excited to grow their skillset.
