Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for RAMPxchange, aligned with revenue, membership growth, and engagement goals.
  • Build and manage the annual marketing plan, including campaign calendar, budget allocation, and KPI tracking.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the cybersecurity and public-sector marketplace ecosystem.
  • Establish clear positioning and messaging frameworks for buyers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, events, content, and partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to increase qualified marketplace participation (buyers and providers).
  • Optimize the marketing funnel using data-driven insights and conversion analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketplace leadership to support pipeline growth and member acquisition.
  • Own the RAMPxchange brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Lead content strategy, including thought leadership, PR initiatives, industry positioning, and video.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including brand, growth, or product marketing
  • Demonstrated experience owning marketing strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance dashboards and campaign analytics tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2B, marketplace platforms, cybersecurity, or government sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
