Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and integrated omni-channel marketing for assigned solutions and programs, including needs-based segmentation, targeting, positioning, value proposition, messaging, and marketing mix in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Partner with product, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop launch plans and marketing roadmaps that align to pipeline objectives and growth priorities.
  • Develop and deliver content and sales enablement assets to support internal teams and external audiences, including collateral, case studies, presentations, sales tools, and communications; ensure brand and message consistency across channels.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with industry publications and organizations through paid media opportunities to extend reach and drive awareness.
  • Support management of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and advisory board activities to inform strategy, strengthen credibility, and enable marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with digital marketing to maintain an always-on strategy across MWI’s digital marketing channels.
  • Define success metrics, measure performance and ROI, draw insights from results, and optimize plans, tactics, and budget (including VFFA) based on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing leadership to identify strategic initiatives that improve market position and support pricing and positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Assist with tradeshow planning and execution to strengthen MWI’s presence within the market.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, programs, and customer use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercialization, or a related role (animal health experience preferred; production animal experience a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or with exposure to product marketing; SaaS and/or platform experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building multi-channel strategy plans, launching products/services in competitive markets, and measuring/assessing ROI.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and working closely with multiple teams including but not limited to sales, operations, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive alignment with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a proactive approach and consistent follow-through.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging.

Preferred

  • Experience in technology commercialization.
