Responsibilities

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing strategies, including managing campaigns, coordinating seasonal promotions, overseeing and social media campaigns, working with vendors, and supporting events.
• The manager ensures marketing activities are carried out effectively and aligns closely with the director to report on results, implement tactics, and manage timelines.
• This position will report directly to our Marketing Director and will work very closely with contractors, including content producers, graphic designers, web developers, and media agencies.
• Manage day-to-day execution across digital channels, including email marketing, media buying, social media and website/e-store updates.
• Manage the Granby Ranch website content via Wordpress and communicate with web developer regarding any needs.
• Direct the Content Coordinator to oversee the brand’s social media presence, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, through up-to-date best practice expertise.
• Oversee media buying for digital platforms, such as Google ads and Meta ads, within the Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager platforms.
• Manage ad spend within digital ad channels.
• Collaborate with event manager to market/promote upcoming events.
• Guide contractors in producing professional, on brand assets for Granby Ranch, including graphic designers, media buyers, videographer/photographers, web developers and printers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of marketing experience is required, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related field is preferred.

Preferred

• Graphic design skills are preferred.
