Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• lead day-to-day marketing execution across our organization.
• Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll manage key marketing initiatives,
• build referral and community relationships,
• coordinate events and content strategy,
• lead our Marketing Support Coordinator.
• You take ownership, anticipate what needs to happen next, and keep initiatives moving without constant direction.
• You connect daily execution to larger organizational goals, communicate proactively, develop others, and bring forward solutions—not just problems.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, community outreach, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects and carry them from concept through completion.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to direct, coach, delegate, and hold others accountable.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, project management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Working knowledge of social media, digital content, branding, analytics, and modern marketing practices.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and collaborate when needed.
• Willingness to receive feedback, adjust direction, and respond constructively to changing organizational needs.
